De retour de vacances…
Back from vacations…

Les vacances etaient bonnes ! une semaine sur un voilier en greece, avec barbecues, petites criques perdues, bain de mer a gogo, diner dans les tavernes locales… la famille en a bien profite ! bref je reviens au soudan bronzee et pleine d’energie. Et croyez moi – j’en ai besoin. Mes charmants collegues se sont mis d’accord pour prendre leur vacances tous en meme temps. Donc c’est la fete dans mon bureau ! 3 jours et je suis ravie d’arriver au weekend. On a un super endroit qui s’appelle le “german club” qui a une piscine, une pelouse en plastic, et des chaises defoncees. Mais qui nous permet de nous mettre en maillot de bain au soudan (wowow) la concentration des expatries en capitale permet ce genre de petit privileges fort agreables et tres apprecies dans un pays comme celui ou j’habite !

Vacations were good ! one week on a sailing boat in greece, barbecues, little beaches far from everything, swimming in the greece sea… so blue, it is unbelievable ! the family enjoyed and me so much too ! I am back in sudan all tan from the great weather, and 100% energized. I need that. Considering that it appears my collegues came to agree to all go on vacations the same dates… it has been party time in my office for the last 3 days ! I am glad the weekend is here. We have a wonderful place called the “german club” with a swimming pool, plastic grass, and broken chairs, but it provides with this fantastic advantage to wear a swimming suit in Sudan. One of the great advantage to live in the capitale city of this country, where expatriates are numerous enough to allow this kind of facilities. We like it !
